Dragon Dictation is a speech to text app. It records your voice and
transfers what you say into text on the screen. There are commands that
the program recognizes, such as "New Paragraph" and "Caps On," that
allow you to change how your text will appear on the screen. The program
also recognizes words such as "question mark" and prints them as
punctuation. Pressing the "i" button at the bottom of the screen will
give you a full list of the commands that the program recognizes.
A keyboard feature at the bottom of the screen allows you to edit the
text that has been recorded. The text created through Dragon Dictation
can be emailed or copied into another program on the iPad.
