iPad Apps For School

This site is set up to give a brief overview of educational apps. There is an alphabetical list of apps on the right side of the page. Use the labels on the right side of the page to filter for specific types of apps. The "EWSHS Availability" section of each post is a resource specifically for the teachers at my high school. 3D Brain

The 3D Brain app allows you to rotate different views of the brain to get a three dimensional picture of its anatomy. The app will color code and label the different parts of the brain. Selecting different structures in the brain will bring up case study information about how different parts of the brain affect behavior. A search feature allows you to search for specific structures or behaviors.
