iPad Apps For School

This site is set up to give a brief overview of educational apps. There is an alphabetical list of apps on the right side of the page. Use the labels on the right side of the page to filter for specific types of apps. The "EWSHS Availability" section of each post is a resource specifically for the teachers at my high school. Explain Everything

Explain Everything is a white board app that allows teachers to create lessons or students to explain a process. It can also be used for digital story telling. Pictures and texts can be added to the presentation and audio can be recorded. The program is slightly more advanced than Educreations in that slides can be rearranged and completed projects can be uploaded to YouTube.

Cost: $2.99 ($1.50 with volume purchasing)
